The Administrator Services page is the first page displayed each time you log in. This is the page from which you will always start using ezLaborManager.

The Administrator Services page contains two main tabs, each of which provides access to different data or features. A brief summary of each of the Administrator Services tabs is given below. For more information about a tab, click the appropriate link in the left-hand column.

Home tab

Provides centralized access to important notifications and messages and a Search tool that allows you to quickly find a specific Administrator Services page. The notifications and messages are displayed in the following two sections:

  • Administrator Notifications — Displays notifications about pay cycle errors (for pay cycles for which notifications are enabled) and licensing issues.

  • Inbox — Displays automated messages created by ezLaborManager and custom system messages from ADP.

Administration tab

Provides access to the pages used to perform basic administration tasks. The Administration tab is divided into the following two sub-tabs:

  • Maintenance subtab — Includes links that allow you to manage and reprocess timecards, perform administrative tasks relating to individual employees, view  and create recurring schedule templates, adjust and run payroll, and import and export data. If your company uses the Projected Payroll Reconciliation feature, you can also open the Payroll Reconciliation page from this sub-tab.

  • Setup subtab — Includes links that allow you to set up and manage ezLaborManager user accounts and security groups, define labor charge field values, configure holiday programs, set company-wide ezLaborManager preferences. configure Inbox and e-mail notifications, and set up and manage timeclocks and timeclock groups.  If your company uses the Projected Payroll feature, you can also access the Projected Pay Cycles page from this sub-tab.

Note: The Administrator Services page provides access to information and features you need to perform administrative tasks. If you are also a supervisor, you may also need to access Supervisor Services to perform certain supervisory tasks. To enter and view your own personal time, attendance, and benefit information, you will need to access Employee Services . For more information, see Accessing Tasks for Different User Roles, Overview of Supervisory Features, and Overview of Employee Features.
