You can view public holiday schedules for employees who are assigned to security groups to which you have access. You can view schedules for the current year, the previous year, or the next year.

To view an employee's public holiday schedule:

  1. Click the Home tab then click the Payroll Adjustment/ and Unapproval link..

  2. On the Payroll Adjustment and Unapproval page, click the Benefits tab.

  3. On the Benefits tab, click the Select button (next to the Find button). The Employee ID Lookup window opens. Select the employee whose public holiday schedule you want to view.

    Notes:
    The public holiday schedule for the current year appears in the Public Holidays section on the right side of the page.

    An employee's public holiday schedule is determined by his/her pay group. Therefore, some employees may have different public holiday schedules than other employees.

  4. To view the schedule for the previous or next year, click Last Year or Next Year at the top of the public holiday list.
