Viewing Edit Audit
You can view changes made by an administrator or an ADP ezLaborManager Representative in one centralised area by clicking the View Edit Audit link. To access the edit audit area you must be on a page with a View Edit Audit link.
Click the View Edit Audit link at the top right of the page to open the Edit Audit window.
Note: Depending on the resolution of your screen, you may need to scroll sideways to see the link.
From Select Users, do one of the following:
To view changes made by all users, leave the box blank.
To view changes made only by specific users, click the + or – buttons to select/remove specific users.
From Specify Date Range, do one of the following:
Select a predefined time period such as Current Pay Period, Next Pay Period, or Previous Pay Period. The From and To dates will change according to your selection.
Select User-Defined Date Range then select a date from the calendar or type specific dates in the date boxes.
If necessary, select a different Time Zone. This field defaults to the current user's time zone.
If you want to display changes made through external processes such as imports, other programs, or external databases, click Advanced Search Options and select one of the options listed.
Click Find.
Note: The edit audit history displayed will include all edits done within the selected date range for all the users you selected. Each record includes the type of action, the section or area of the change, the change date and the user ID of the person who changed the information.
To sort the information by a field, click its column heading. The default sort order is by Changed Date (descending).
To view more detailed information about a row, click the arrow on the row. The window will expand and display the edit audit details for the selected row.
Note: The Edit Audit Detail displayed will include the name of the field that changed plus the old and the new values. You can print the view by clicking the Printable View link at the top right of the page.
If you want to view additional audits, repeat steps 2-8.
Click Close to close the Edit Audit View.
