Viewing an Employee's Payroll Summary Information
As an administrator, you can view payroll summary information for employees who are assigned to security groups to which you have access. The Payroll Summary tab of the Payroll Adjustment and Unapproval page displays an employee's recorded hours, grouped by earnings code, for a pay period you select. If your company stores rate information, the summary will also show the employee's rates and monetary totals for each earnings code.
To view an employee's payroll summary:
Click the Home tab.
Under the Home tab, click the Payroll Adjustment and Unapproval link. The Payroll Summary tab of the Payroll Adjustment and Unapproval page is displayed.
On the Payroll Summary tab,
click the button (next
to the Find button), and then select the employee whose payroll summary
information you want to view. All employees to whom you have access
are listed.
After you make your employee selection, the payroll summary tab refreshes
and displays the employee's payroll summary information for the current
pay period.
To view a different pay period,
click the drop-down arrow () in the Date Selection
field and select the pay period you want to view.
