Deleting Termination Reason Codes
If you are a client administrator and you have the necessary authorisation, you can delete termination reason codes that are not currently being used.
In Administrator Services, click the Configuration tab.
On the Configuration tab, click the Global Settings subtab.
Under the Reason Codes heading on the Global Settings subtab, click the Termination Reason Codes link to view a list of all existing termination reason codes.
On the Termination Reason Codes page, select the check box next to each code that you want to delete.
Note: Before you can delete a termination reason code, you must first remove the code from any employees to which it is assigned.
Click the Delete button.
In the confirmation dialog box, click the OK button.
