Reprocessing Employees' Timecards
As an administrator, you can reprocess timecards for employees who belong to a security group to which you have access. You may need to do this if something has changed in an employee's ezLaborManager configuration. For example, if an employee changes pay groups or receives a increase in pay, you may need to manually reprocess the employee’s timecard.
To reprocess an employee's timecard:
Click the Home tab then click the Reprocess Employee Timecard link.
On the Reprocess Employee
Timecard tab, click the
button (next to the Find button). The Employee ID Lookup
window opens. Select the employee for whom you want to reprocess a
timecard.
After you have selected the employee, click the Reprocess button.
