Attendance
Notification History |
This section includes a left-pane menu
with the following links:
Attendance Notifications link
— Allows
you to search for and view information about unplanned absences
or late arrivals that you have reported using the Late Arrival
and Absence buttons on the Home tab.
When you first access the My
Attendance tab,
or when you click the Attendance
Notifications link after having clicked the Attendance
Exceptions link, any late arrivals or absence notifications
you have recorded during the last seven days will be displayed.
You can filter this information to show only late arrival
notifications or absence notifications, or to show attendance
notification information for other date ranges. For more information,
see Viewing
Your Attendance Notifications.
Attendance Exceptions link
— Allows
you to view any attendance activities or irregularities that
are tracked by your employer. For instance, your employer
may automatically track sick days, late arrivals, or early
departures. Depending on your company's attendance policies,
your employer may also take corrective actions or assign you
to a particular infraction level if you have repeated attendance
exceptions. Information about any existing corrective actions
and attendance infraction levels are also displayed when you
click this link.
When you first click the Attendance
Exceptions link, your attendance exceptions for a specified
default period (such as the last 12 months) are displayed.
You can use the date selection tools to search for attendance
information for a different period of time. To view more detailed
information about any item in the exceptions list, click the
point value associated with the entry. See Viewing
Your Attendance Exceptions and Infractions for more information.
Note:
If your employer does not use ezLaborManager
to track attendance exceptions, the message "You are
currently not assigned to an Attendance Program." is
displayed when you click the Attendance
Exceptions link.

Time
Off Request |
This section
displays information about your time off requests. By default,
information about all time off requests you have created during
the current calendar year are displayed, but you can filter this
list by request status and by calendar year. The requests are
displayed in reverse chronological order (most recent at the top).
You can also search for a specific request by request number.
For more information, see Viewing
Your Time Off Requests. |
