Viewing Your Schedule by Pay Period
To view a summary of your schedule by pay period, click the link Schedule link to view the Schedule at a Glance. If a schedule has been assigned to you, your schedule information for each week is displayed in the Timecard at Glance section.
You can use the date selection tools to view timecard and schedule information for other pay periods, as described in Viewing Your Timecard Summary Information.
Notes:
The Totals column for each Schedule row displays
your total number of scheduled hours for the corresponding week (adjusted
for any lunch rules that may apply).
Planned non-worked time, such as vacation, appears with
the appropriate earnings code (for example, 8:00-4:00 VAC).
Your schedule is created, assigned, and maintained by your supervisor. You cannot edit your
schedule.
The schedule summaries card can only show one schedule per day. If you
are scheduled for two or more distinct shifts on a given day, the schedule
will display the start time of the earliest shift and the end time of
the latest shift. The icon will also appear
to indicate that these times span more than one scheduled shift. To view
the actual times of the multiple schedules, click the date in the column
header to view your timecard
for that day. If you have not yet manually entered any time pairs for
that day, your scheduled hours will be displayed on multiple lines in
grey. (If the day with multiple schedules falls within seven days of the
current day, you can also view the multiple schedules on the My Home
page.)
