To view your employees' ezLaborManager configuration information:

  1. From the Home page, click the Employee Information link. The page opens with the Employee Information menu item selected by default.

  2. Click the Lookup button (next to the Find button).The Employee ID Lookup window opens. Select the employee whose information you want to view.

  3. Click the Configuration menu items on the left side of the page.

    Notes
    The Configuration menu item displays the following configuration information:

    - Status

    - Shift Rule
    - Pay Cycle
    - Pay Cycle Dates
    - Time Calculation Program
    - Public Holiday Program
    - Wage Rate Program
    - Accrual Program
    - Accumulator Program
    - Attendance Program


    You can also view additional information for the employee by clicking the other menu items on the left side of the page.

  4. To print the information from all the menu items, click the Printable View link in the upper right section of the page. When the Employee Information window opens, click the Print button at the top of the window.

Note: The Employee Information window displays the employee data from all of the menu items on the left side of the page. When the window opens, all sections of the window are expanded by default. Only expanded sections are printed. If you don't want a section to be printed, click the Collapse button next to a section to close the section.
