Although payroll adjustments can only be made by administrators, you may need to view such adjustments to ensure that your employees' records are correct.

To view payroll adjustments:

  1. From the Home page, click the Timecard Manager icon.

  2. If necessary, use the employee filter button (Employee Filter Button) to limit or change which employees are displayed.

  3. If necessary, use the Date drop-down menu to select a different time period to view.

  4. Click in the Time column of a row that is marked with a payroll adjustment ( Payroll Adjustment ) icon. A Single Employee Timecard Manager will open, displaying all payroll adjustments and time pairs for the selected day.

  5. To view more detailed information about the adjustment, click the Payroll Adjustment icon on the Timecard Manager. A Time Pair Detail window will open and display detailed information about the adjustment, including payroll distribution information and any exceptions related to the adjustment.
