The Activity Scheduler
Starting Point: Administrator Services > Administration > Setup > Hosted Timeclock Configuration > Activity Scheduler
The Activity Scheduler page allows you to schedule one-time activities such as initializing timeclocks and downloading employee data and timeclock configurations. These activities are handled automatically by the system but you can set up one-time activities, if needed. You can set up activities that can be assigned to one or more of your timeclocks.
From the Activity Scheduler page, you can do any of the following:

Access the Activity Scheduler |
On the Timeclocks page, click Activity Scheduler. |
Add a New Activity |
On the Activity Scheduler page, click the plus sign. |
Edit an Activity |
On the Activity Scheduler page, in the Action column, click the green arrow and then click Edit Activity. |
Delete an Activity |
Note: Activities that have been run cannot be deleted. On the Activity Scheduler page:
