You can view and search a history of all of the late arrival and absence notifications you have reported in ezLaborManager in one of two ways:

• From the My Home page, click the My Attendance Notifications link.

• From the My Home page, click the My Attendance link.

When you first view attendance notifications information, all the absence and late arrival notifications you have recorded during the last seven days will be displayed. You can filter this information to show only late arrival notifications or only absence notifications. You can also change the date range of the attendance history.

• Filtering Your Attendance Notification History by Type

  To specify what types of attendance notifications appear on the Attendance History page, simply select the desired category from the Specify Type drop-down:

  • To view only absence notifications, click in the Specify Type field and select Absence.

  • To view only late arrival notifications, click in the Specify Type field and select Late Arrival.

  • To view all attendance notifications, click in the Specify Type field and select ** ALL**.

  Note: The attendance history will update as soon as you select a notification type from the drop-down menu. You do not have to click Find, even if you have also changed the date range.

• Filtering Your Attendance Notification History Using a Date Range

  To view attendance notification information for a specific date range:

  1. In the Specify Date Range text boxes, enter the starting and ending date of the time period for which you want to view your notification history, or use the calendar lookup buttons to select the starting and ending date.

  2. If you also want to change which types of notifications will be displayed, click in the Specify Type field and select Absence, Late Arrival, or ** ALL**.

     Note: If you change the value in the Specify Type field, the attendance history information will refresh immediately using the new date and type settings. You do not need to continue to the next step.

  3. If you did not change the Specify Type setting, click Find to refresh the attendance history information using you new date settings.

Tips:
To view more detailed information about a specific notification (such as the date and time it was reported and any comments related to it), click the corresponding confirmation number.

The Read column in the list of attendance notifications indicates whether your supervisor has logged in to ezLaborManager and read your notification.

You can also view a pre-filtered list of recent late arrival notifications by clicking the Late Arrival button on the My Home page and then clicking the View Late Arrival Notifications link that appears on the Report Late Arrival page.

Similarly, to view a pre-filtered list of recent absence notifications, click the Absence button on the My Home page and then click the View Absence Notifications link that appears on the Report Absence page.
