When the timecard data you have entered is processed by ezLaborManager, some irregularities may be found that generate warnings or errors. If the Payroll Summary section of the My Actual vs. Scheduled page indicates that your timecard contains exceptions (see Viewing Your Timecard Processing Status), you can use the timecardto view more specific information about the exceptions.

To view specific information about timecard exceptions:

  1. Click the My Information tab.

  2. On the Home page, click the My Timecard icon.

  3. In the Pay Date Range field, click the Down Arrow and select the pay period that contains the exceptions.

  4. Click the warning ( Warning ) or error ( Error ) icon that appears in the status column to open a pop-up window that describes the problems associated with the corresponding entry on the timecard.

  5. Repeat as necessary for each timecard entry marked with a warning or error icon.

Notes:
If you are a timecard employee, you may be able to correct certain timecard exceptions by editing your timecard. Some exceptions, however, must be corrected by your supervisor or system administrator.

You can view more detailed information about any timecard entry (not just those with exceptions) by clicking the icon in the status column of the row containing the entry.
