Viewing Employees' Attendance Notification Histories
As a supervisor, you can view the attendance notification histories for one or more of your employees.
Viewing a Single Employee's Attendance Notification History
From the Home page, click the Attendance Notifications link.
To filter
the history by notification type, click
in the Specify Type field and select either Absence
or Late Arrival. The
list will refresh immediately.
To view information
for a different time period, use the
buttons to select a new starting and end date for the history.
Click the Find button to refresh the screen using the new date range.
To view more details about any attendance notification, click the corresponding confirmation number to open an Attendance Notification Detail pop-up window. When you are finished viewing a detail window, click the Close button.
Note:
If you want to view an attendance history for another employee
using the same settings, you can use the
and
buttons or the
button to select the
employee. The date range, and attendance notification type
will be applied to the newly selected employee.
Viewing Attendance Notifications for All of Your Employees
To view a history of attendance notifications submitted by all of your employees:
From the Home page, click the Attendance Notifications link.
To specify a different
date range for the notifications, use the
buttons and then click the Find
button.
To select a specific attendance notification type to view, click the Specify Type drop-down menu, select ALL, Absence, or Late Arrival, and then click the Find button.
To view the details for a notification type, click the confirmation number in the Confirmation # column. The Attendance Notification Detail window opens, which displays complete information for the notification. When you finish viewing the details, click the Close button.
