As an administrator, you can change user passwords at any time. You may elect to do this periodically for security reasons, or you may be asked to do this if a password is lost or forgotten. For a list of strong password guidelines, see Creating a Strong Password.

  1. In Administrator Services, click the Administration tab then click the Setup subtab.

  2. Under the Users heading, click the Change Passwords link. The Change User Passwords page opens, which lists all users to whom you have access.

  3. In the User ID column, click the user whose password you want to change.

    Tips:
To sort the list by user ID, last name, or first name, click the User ID, Last Name, or First Name column heading.

To search for a specific name, select Last Name from the Column drop-down menu, enter a last name in the Search field, and then click the Search button. (You can also search by a user ID or first name.)

  4. In the Enter New Password field on the Change User's Password page, enter a new user password. This is a required field.

  5. In the Confirm Password field, re-enter the new password. This is a required field.

  6. Click the Submit button.
