If your company allows you to use the telephone to access ezLaborManager, your supervisor will provide you with a toll-free telephone number, a numeric phone user ID, and a personal identification number (PIN). You can change your telephone access PIN at any time using the telephone or the ezLaborManager login page.

To change your PIN over the Internet:

  1. In the upper right corner of any main page in the application, click the Options button.

  2. On the Options page, click Change PIN.

Tip: The Change PIN option will only appear if your company allows telephone access and your supervisor has assigned you a phone access user ID and PIN (in addition to your ezLaborManager Web interface user ID and password).

  3. In the Enter old PIN field, enter your old PIN.

Tip: Your phone PIN is entirely numeric and is not the same as the password you use to access ezLaborManager over the Internet.

  4. In the Enter new PIN field, enter your new PIN.

Tip: ezLaborManager will display a message if you select a PIN that does not meet your company requirements. Do not use your social security number or employee ID number as your PIN.

  5. In the Confirm new PIN field, re-enter your new PIN.

  6. Click Submit.

    Notes:
If your PIN is acceptable, the Change PIN screen will display the message Operation Successful and you will need to use your new PIN the next time you use the telephone to access ezLaborManager.

You can also change your PIN over the phone. For instructions on changing your PIN and performing other tasks over the phone, see the ezLaborManager Phone Module Quick Reference Cards in the Printable Resources section of the Online Training Center.

If you forget your PIN, you will not be able to change or reset it, as you have to be able to enter your current PIN before you can change it. If you forget your PIN, contact your supervisor.
