ezLaborManager allows employees to perform daily time and attendance reporting activities, request time off, and review various types of personal information. Specifically, employees can:
Report absences and late arrivals and view attendance information
Report supplemental earnings such as mileage, tips, and gross receipts (if required)
View benefit accrual totals and transactions (if this feature is enabled)
View company holiday schedules for the past, current, and next year
These functions are accessed through tabs on the Employee Services page that is displayed when you first log in to ezLaborManager. For a description of this page, see Overview of Employee Features.
