Although the default settings for most browsers will allow you to view the online Help without any problems, you should check the following items if you experience problems.

Cache Management

If you notice that the information in the online Help seems not to match the application, your browser may be using cached versions of old Help files. To make sure that you are receiving the most current Help files, clear your browser's cache, as described in Clearing Your Cache.

Script Handling

Like ezLaborManager, the online Help uses JavaScript to perform certain functions. If your browser is not configured to accept and run JavaScript scripts, the online Help will not work properly. Enabling Scripts for instructions on how to change your script settings.

Active Content

Some aspects of the online Help, such as expanding text, use components called "design-time controls" that are blocked by some security settings. To see if your browser is accepting this type of content, click the link below:

Test

If clicking the above link did not cause the text to expand and display a message, your browser is not accepting the online Help's active content. Because content blocking is a security feature, you should check with your system administrator about how to change your settings to allow Help to display properly.

Note: If you are using Internet Explorer with Windows XP Service Pack 2, you may receive a warning message about active content when you access the online Help. To temporarily allow blocked content for this site only, right click the message, select Allow Blocked Content, and then click OK. This should cause all online Help pages to display properly for your entire session.
