If you are not using a supported Web browser, you will receive an error message when you attempt to log in to ezLaborManager. See Browser and System Requirements for instructions on how to download a supported browser.

Your company may set restrictions so that ezLaborManager can only be accessed from certain computers. If you receive a message indicating that you cannot log in from your machine, contact your supervisor to learn which computers are authorized for ezLaborManager access.

Your company may also restrict the number of consecutive unsuccessful login attempts that can be made. If you enter an incorrect password several times in a row, you may receive a message that your account has been locked. If this happens, see your system administrator to have your password reset and your account unlocked.

Even if you are not prompted to change your password, ADP highly recommends that you change your password when you log in for the first time and periodically after that. For instructions, see Changing Your Password.

Messages about scheduled system maintenance will be displayed on the login page occasionally.
