To make ezLaborManager easy to use, all of the main pages have a similar appearance and function in similar ways. This page describes the standard page elements that appear on most ezLaborManager pages.

Buttons at the Top of the Page

All of the main ezLaborManager pages include a top area that displays your company login name, your name, and the buttons described in the following table.

The Report Button  Reports

Opens the Reports page in a separate window, from which you can create and run reports. For more information about reports, see Creating Reports Overview .

The Options Button   Options

Opens the Options page, from which you can set options that affect how ezLaborManager is displayed and accessed. For more information, see Setting Your Options.

The Help Button   Help

Opens this Help system in a new browser window. The Help will automatically display a topic that is related to the ezLaborManager page from which you clicked the Help button. If the default topic does not answer your question, you can use the table of contents, the index, or the search feature to find more information. For more details about the Help system, see Online Help Overview.

Training button   Training

Opens the Online Training Center (OTC) for ezLaborManager. The OTC includes Web-based tutorials as well as quick reference cards and other printable documentation. For more information about these resources, see Online Training Center (OTC).

The Exit Button  Exit

Logs you out of the ezLaborManager application. See Logging Out of ezLaborManager .

Services Box

Below the top banner, to the left of the ezLaborManager logo, a drop-down box indicates whether you are currently in Employee Services (which allows you to record your own time, request time off, and view your own schedule, time and attendance data, benefits, and personal information) or Supervisor Services (which allows you to perform supervisory tasks such as assigning schedules, editing and approving employee time, and reviewing time off requests). Use the Down Arrow in this box to switch from one service to another. For more information, see Accessing Tasks for Different User Roles .

The bottom area of each main ezLaborManager page includes copyright information and the links described in the following table.

Opens a pop-up window that contains basic information about ezLaborManager (including the specific version number being used) and your browser. For information about which browsers are supported, see Browser and System Requirements .

PRODUCT SUGGESTIONS

Opens a Product Suggestions form that you can use to provide feedback.

PRIVACY

Opens a separate window that displays ADP's privacy policy.
