Editing Single Employee Timecards Overview |
|
As a supervisor, there are many instances in which you may need to edit an employee timecard. The Timecard Manager allows you to edit time pairs that fall within the current and next pay periods.
Some of the most common editing tasks you may need to perform include:
Recording non-worked time such as vacations, illness, jury duty, etc.
Splitting a time pair to charge time to multiple labor categories
Notes:
You can only edit time pairs for employees who belong to security groups
to which you have access and for employees who are currently on loan to
you.
At times you may also need to perform bulk-editing tasks that involve editing
or creating time pairs for multiple employees at the same time. See Editing Multiple Timecards
Overview for information about editing records for multiple employees.
