Use the following steps to edit the properties of an existing labour charge field value.

  1. In Administrator Services, click the Administration tab then click the Setup subtab.

  2. Under the Labor Charge Fields heading, click the labour charge field (for example, Wage Rate Programs) for which you want to edit labour charge values.

    A Labour Charge Values page (where Labour Charge is the name of the labour charge field you selected) opens and displays labour charge field values that have been defined for the labour charge field you selected. For example, if you selected Wage Rate Programs, a Wage Rate Programs page opens and displays the specific wage rate programs that have been created.

  3. On the Labour Charge Values page, click the link in the ID column for the value you want to edit. A Labour Charge page opens and displays the properties of the specific labour charge value you selected.

  4. Edit the fields on the Labour Charge page as necessary.

    Tips:
    The first field (the ID field) is not editable.

  5. When you are satisfied with your edits, click the Submit button.
