The table below provides a brief description of the generic supervisor reports that are available on the Supervisor Reports page. To access this page:

  1. In the upper right corner of any main ezLaborManager page, click the Reports button. The Reports page opens (or the Reports - Home page if report scheduling is enabled).

  2. In the Report Categories section, click the Supervisor Reports link.

Note: The reports listed below are the standard supervisor reports provided by ADP. Your company may not use all of these reports, or may not make them all available to supervisors. Your company may also use custom reports that have been developed specifically for your company. If your company has developed custom reports for supervisors, they will appear in your Supervisor Reports list.

Accrual Report

Employee accrual balances.

Actual vs. Scheduled Hours Report - Employee Detail

Includes actual hours, scheduled hours, and any variance between the hours for each employee and each pay date in the selected time frame. Also displays an earnings code for each entry (if one was entered). This version of the report can also include optional payroll information that allows you to see how time is distributed to payroll. Actual vs. Scheduled Hours Report - Employee Summary

Includes only actual hours, scheduled hours, and any variance between the hours for each employee in the selected time frame. This is a streamlined version of the detail report. It does not include pay dates or earnings codes. For additional information, see Actual vs. Scheduled Hours Report.

Actual vs. Scheduled Hours Report - Worked / Non-Worked Summary

This version of the report has two sections: Worked Time and Non-Worked Time. Under each section, the report displays the actual hours, scheduled hours, and any variance between the hours for each earnings code in the selected time frame. For additional information, see Actual vs. Scheduled Hours Report.

Approaching Weekly Overtime Report

Name, employee ID, timecard errors, total days worked to date, and total weekly hours to date of employees who are nearing the weekly threshold for receiving overtime pay.

Attendance Report

Employee attendance exceptions. Employee attendance exceptions. Depending on your company's configuration, this report may also include attendance points data.

Attendance Report with Notes

Employee attendance exceptions with any associated time pair notes and attendance exception notes.

Attendance Report without Points

Employee attendance exceptions. Does not include attendance points. Depending on your company's configuration, this report may not be available to you. Contact your ADP ezLaborManager representative for more information.

Company Profile - Supervisor Report

Displays a list (or "profile") of all recurring schedules in your company and the settings that have been defined for each schedule. For more information, see Viewing a List of Recurring Schedules.

Daily Schedule Report

Employee daily schedules, including scheduled start and stop times and any earnings codes, shift rules, and labour charges associated with scheduled time pairs.

Department Detail Report

The number of actual and projected hours charged to each department and their cost, sorted by employee and earnings code.

Department Summary Report

The number of actual and projected hours charged to each department and their cost, sorted by earnings code only.

Employee Accrual Detail Report

Employee accrual transactions, including accrual type, transaction type, last transaction date, name of the person who made an adjustment, amount of each transaction, and current balance for all accruals.

Employee Accumulator Balance Report

Employee accumulator balances.

Employee Accumulator Detail Report

Employee accumulator transactions, including accumulator type, transaction type, last transaction date, amount of each transaction, and current total for all accumulators.

Employee Badge Report

Employee names, IDs, payroll transfer settings, and status, sorted by badge number.

Employee Daily Totals Report

Employee hours and earnings by employee, date, and earnings code.

Employee Dates Report

Employee dates (such as hire dates, seniority dates, and benefit accrual dates).

Employee List Report

Employee IDs, badge numbers, and basic configuration information, listed alphabetically by employee name.

Employee Rates Report

Employee rate information.

Employee Total Hours Report

Employee hours and earnings by department and earnings code only.

Punch Source Report

Employee in and out time, total hours for each time pair, earnings code, clock in ID, and clock out ID. Also includes the mechanism (time clock, time sheet, Web clocking, or phone clocking) used to record each punch.

Timecard Exception Report

Unresolved timecard exceptions, listed by employee.

Note: Exceptions that have been noted by a supervisor are listed on this report, even though they will not hold up payroll processing.

Timecard Report

Employee timecard information, including the in and out times, hours, earnings codes, and labour charges associated with each time pair.

Note: For Timecard reports, if you want to view loaned employee time, you must apply a filter for the labour charge field (LCF) that has been loaned to you. For instructions on adding filters to reports, see Creating a Personalised Report.

Timecard Report with Notes

Employee timecard information, including the in and out times, hours, earnings codes, labour charges, and notes associated with each time pair.

Weekly Schedule Report

Employees' schedules, listed in a weekly calendar format by employee.

Notes:
Your company may choose to prevent supervisors from viewing information about employee rates and monetary earnings totals. If your company does not allow supervisors to view this type of information, some of the columns or data mentioned in the report descriptions may be hidden from view.

Many of these reports will include projected figures if you select a date range that contains dates that will occur in the future. The valid time periods that can be viewed vary by report.
