When you log in as a Practitioner, you have access to a large number of Time & Attendance pages that you can use to view, create, edit, and delete data, records, and codes. Links to these pages are grouped onto the Time & Attendance menu. If you are uncertain which menu option contains the link to a specific page you need, you can use the Search tool on the Practitioner Home page to quickly navigate directly to the appropriate page.
To search for a specific page:
From the Time & Attendance menu, select Home.
Note: If the Home option is not visible, make sure that you have selected Practitioner in the Role Selector.
In the Search text box near the upper right corner of the page, enter a word from the title of the Time & Attendance module page you are trying to locate.
Tips:
The search is not case sensitive.
You can enter more than one term in the search box, but the search
will only return page titles that exactly match the order of the terms
you enter. For example, if you enter "reprocess timecard",
the search will not find the Reprocess Employee Timecard page. In
this case, it would be better to enter either "reprocess"
or "timecard" as your search term.
If you do not know the exact name of the page you are trying to locate,
enter a word that describes the information shown on the page. For
example, if you want to find a page that displays information about
holidays, enter "holiday" and then click the Find
button. A link to the Holiday Programs page is displayed.
Click the Find button. A list of pages with titles that match your search term is displayed below the Search box.
Tip: If your search produces no results, try entering fewer letters in the Search box. For example, if you are searching for a page about employees, enter "emp" in the Search field and then click the Find button. All pages with "emp" anywhere in the page title are returned in the search results.
To view a page listed in the search results, click the page title link.
Notes:
The search feature searches for Time & Attendance module
page titles only. It does not search the field names or specific data
on individual pages.
To find a labor charge field page, you must enter the name of the specific
labor charge category (for example, department).
