Deleting Import Summaries |

As a practitioner, you can delete import summaries from the Recent Import page. When you delete a summary, you are only removing the summary of the import from the list. The data that was imported is not removed from the Time & Attendance module. To delete any imported data, you must remove it manually.
The Time & Attendance module can store a maximum of 52 import summaries. If you have 52 imports in your import list and you click the New Import button, you will be prompted to delete the oldest import summary from the list. Simply follow the on-screen instructions to delete the oldest summary.
You can also select and delete specific import summaries at any time. Use the following procedure to delete specific summaries:
From the Time & Attendance menu, select Maintenance.
Note: If the Maintenance option is not visible, make sure that you have selected Practitioner in the Role Selector.
Under the Imports heading on the Maintenance page, click the Imports link.
In the check box column on the Recent Imports page, select the check box for each import summary you want to delete.
Click the Delete button at the bottom of the page.
In the confirmation dialog box, click the OK button.
Note: You can only delete summaries on one page at a time. If you have multiple pages of import summaries, repeat this procedure for each additional page that contains a summary you want to delete. Click the Next link at the top of the list to see the next page of import summaries. To see a previous page, click the Previous link.
