Deleting Import Templates |

To delete import templates:
From the Time & Attendance menu, select Maintenance.
Note: If the Maintenance option is not visible, make sure that you have selected Practitioner in the Role Selector.
Under the Imports heading on the Maintenance page, click the Imports link.
On the Recent Imports page, click the Import Templates menu item on the left side of the page. The Import Templates page opens and displays all existing import templates. For each template, the template ID number, template description, type of template, format, default import file path, and e-mail contact are listed.
In the Delete column, select the check box for each template you want to delete.
Notes:
You can only delete templates on one page at a time. If you have multiple
pages of templates, repeat this procedure for each additional page
that contains a template you want to delete. Click the Next
link at the top of the list to see the next page of templates. To
see a previous page, click the Previous
link.
You cannot delete the PUNCHES template or PXEMPLOYEE template from
the Time & Attendance module.
These templates are used by external applications (such as ADP EasyPayNet
and the Payroll module) so
that the Time & Attendance module
can import time punch and employee data. If your company does not
import these types of data, you will not have these templates in your
list.
Click the Delete button.
In the confirmation dialog box, click the OK button.
