Viewing an Employee's Payroll Summary Information |

As a practitioner, you can view payroll summary information for employees who are assigned to security groups to which you have access. The Payroll Summary tab of the Payroll Adjustment/Unapproval page displays an employee's recorded hours, grouped by earnings code, for a pay period you select. If your company stores rate information, the summary will also show the employee's rates and dollar totals for each earnings code.
To view an employee's payroll summary:
From the Time & Attendance menu, select Maintenance.
Note: If the Maintenance option is not visible, make sure that you have selected Practitioner in the Role Selector from the menu in the upper left corner of the page.
Under the Payroll heading on the Maintenance page, click the Payroll Adjustment/Unapproval link. The Payroll Summary tab of the Payroll Adjustment/Unapproval page is displayed.
On the Payroll Summary tab,
click the button (next
to the Find button), and then select the employee whose payroll summary
information you want to view. All employees to whom you have access
are listed.
After you make your employee selection, the payroll summary tab refreshes
and displays the employee's payroll summary information for the current
pay period.
To view a different pay period, click the drop-down arrow () in the Date Selection field and select the pay period you want to view.
