Reprocessing Employees' Timecards |

As a practitioner, you can reprocess timecards for employees who belong to a security group to which you have access. You may need to do this if something has changed in an employee's Time & Attendance module configuration. For example, if an employee changes pay groups or receives a raise, you may need to manually reprocess the employee’s timecard.
To reprocess an employee's timecard:
From the Time & Attendance menu, select Maintenance.
Note: If the Maintenance option is not visible, make sure that you have selected Practitioner in the Role Selector.
Under the Timecard heading, click the Reprocess Employee Timecard link.
On the Reprocess Employee Timecard tab, click the button (next to the Find button). The Employee ID Lookup window opens. Select the employee for whom you want to reprocess a timecard.
After you have selected the employee, click the Reprocess button.
