As a practitioner, you can delete wage rate programs defined for your company.

  1. From the Time & Attendance menu, select Setup.

    Note: If the Setup option is not visible, make sure that you have selected Practitioner in the Role Selector.

  2. Under the Labor Charge Fields heading, click the Wage Rate Programs link. The Wage Rate Programs page opens and displays a list of any already defined wage rate programs.

  3. For each wage rate program you want to delete, select the check box to the left of the wage rate program ID.

  4. Click the Delete button.

  5. In the confirmation dialog box, click OK. If the wage rate is not being used elsewhere, it is deleted. If the wage rate program is being used elsewhere, an error message is displayed to alert you that the wage rate program cannot be deleted.

Tip: You can also delete a wage rate program from the Wage Rate Program page. If you cannot determine from the list on the Wage Rate Programs page which wage program you want to delete, click the names of the various Wage Rate Programs to view more details about them, including their individual rate definitions. When you find a program you want to delete, click the Delete button at the bottom of the individual Wage Rate Program and then click OK in the confirmation dialog box.
