You can view and search a history of all of the late arrival and absence notifications you have reported in the Time & Attendance module in one of two ways:

When you first view attendance notifications information, all the absence and late arrival notifications you have recorded during the last seven days will be displayed. You can filter this information to show only late arrival notifications or only absence notifications. You can also change the date range of the attendance history.

Tips:
To view more detailed information about a specific notification (such as the date and time it was reported and any comments related to it), click the corresponding confirmation number.

The Read column in the list of attendance notifications indicates whether your manager has logged in to the Time & Attendance module and read your notification.

You can also view a pre-filtered list of recent late arrival notifications by clicking the Late Arrival button on the Home page and then clicking the View Late Arrival Notifications link that appears on the Report Late Arrival page.

Similarly, to view a pre-filtered list of recent absence notifications, click the Absence button on the Home page and then click the View Absence Notifications link that appears on the Report Absence page.
