    Viewing a Report  |

To view a personalized or standard report:
From the Reports menu, select Time & Attendance Reports.
Note: If the Time & Attendance Reports option is not visible, make sure that you have selected Practitioner in the Role Selector.
If you want to view a personalized 
	 report that you have previously created, click the 
 button to the left of the report in the 
	 My Reports section. The report opens in PDF format.
If you want to view a standard report, click the Administrator Reports or Supervisor Reports link under the Report Categories section. The Administrator Reports or Supervisor Reports page opens.
Click the 
 
	 button to the left of the report that you want to view. The report 
	 opens in PDF format.
Notes:
	To view a report in this manner, you must have Adobe Acrobat Reader 
	 or Adobe Acrobat installed on your computer. If you do not have one 
	 of these programs installed, click the following link to download 
	 a free copy of Acrobat Reader: Get 
	 Acrobat Reader
	
	To print a report after it opens in PDF format, go to your browser's 
	 File menu and select Print. In the Print 
	 dialog box, click the Print 
	 button.
	
	To save a report in PDF format to your computer's hard drive, go to 
	 your browser's File menu and 
	 select Save As. In the Save As dialog box, select a location 
	 where you want the report to be saved, and then enter a name for the 
	 report, and then click the Save 
	 button.
	
	You can also view and save reports in the comma separated value (CSV) 
	 file format. For instructions, see Saving 
	 a Report as a CSV File.
