You can view basic employee information by clicking the Information Button button that appears next to an employee's name on many pages in the manager role and practitioner role. When you click this button, the Employee Information window opens. You can view the following information in this window:

Notes:
- By default, all sections are expanded each time the Employee Information opens.

- You can individually collapse or expand each section using the Collapse and Expand icons that appear next to a section.

- You can collapse or expand all sections using the Collapse all sections or Expand all sections links. (The Employee Information section at the top of the window cannot be collapsed.)

- You can print all expanded sections by clicking the Print button at the top of the window. If a section is collapsed, it is not printed.

- The Employee Information window can also be accessed by clicking an employee's name in the Multiple Employee View Timecard Manager.
