Viewing and Printing Employee Information |

You can view basic employee information by clicking the button that appears next to an employee's name on many pages in the manager role and practitioner role. When you click this button, the Employee Information window opens. You can view the following information in this window:
Employee Information — Lists the employee ID, first name, last name, pay group, manager, badge number, payroll company code, and payroll ID.
Personal Information — Lists an employee’s address and telephone numbers.
Home Labor Charge Fields — Lists the default labor charge fields that have been assigned to an employee.
Timeclocks — Lists the timeclocks and timeclock groups assigned to an employee.
Service Dates — Lists the hire date and accrual date for an employee.
Security Groups — Lists the security groups to which an employee belongs.
Rates — Lists the base rates and job rates assigned to an employee (only displayed for managers who have permission to view rates).
Configuration — Lists current employment status, pay cycle, and other configuration information for an employee.
Notes:
- By default, all sections are expanded each time the Employee Information
opens.
- You can individually collapse or expand each section using the and icons
that appear next to a section.
- You can collapse or expand all sections using the Collapse
all sections or Expand all sections
links. (The Employee Information section at the top of the window cannot
be collapsed.)
- You can print all expanded sections by clicking the Print
button at the top of the window. If a section is collapsed, it is not
printed.
- The Employee Information window can also be accessed by clicking an employee's
name in the Multiple Employee View Timecard Manager.
