We are constantly striving to improve our products. If you have suggestions regarding the Time & Attendance module, you can submit them using the link located in the top right corner of every main Time & Attendance page. Depending upon your company’s setup, your suggestions will either be sent to a designated person within your company (who will follow-up on the suggestion and forward it to ADP if necessary) or it will be sent directly to us. We may not be able to respond personally to every suggestion but we value your input and consider your suggestions as we plan future releases.

Note: The Product Suggestions form is intended for suggestions regarding the behavior and features of the Time & Attendance module. Please do not use the link to seek help or to make requests regarding specific data or accounts. If you need help with the Time & Attendance module, see Overview of Resources or contact your manager.

To make a suggestion regarding the design and features of the Time & Attendance module:

  1. Click the Product Suggestions link in the top right corner of any page.

  2. In the Your E-mail Address field, enter your e-mail address that ADP personnel can use to contact you if they have questions regarding your suggestions and/or comments.

  3. In the Suggestions field, type your suggestions.

    Tip: If you have suggestions regarding a specific page, it is helpful to provide the specific page address (URL). You can get this address by navigating to the page and copying the URL that appears in your browser's Address field. You can then paste the address into your suggestion.

  4. Click Submit.

  5. Click Close to exit the Product Suggestions form.
