The edit audit feature for attendance exceptions tracks any changes (such as excusing an exception) that are made to an employee's attendance exceptions.

To view the edit audit trail for an employee's attendance exceptions:

  1. From the Time & Attendance menu, select My Employees then click the Attendance tab.

    Note: If the My Employees option is not visible, make sure that you have selected Manager in the Role Selector.

  2. Click the Select button (next to the Find button). The Employee ID Lookup window opens. Select the employee whose information you want to view.

  3. If a menu is not visible on the left side of  the Attendance Notification History section, click The Show Menu button.

  4. Click Attendance Exceptions.

  5. Use the date selection tools to specify the date range for which you want to view the edit audit trail.

    Note: The edit audit feature will display information for the same date range that is being displayed in the Attendance Exceptions, so you must adjust the date range before opening the Edit Audit page.

  6. Click the Edit Audit - Attendance Exceptions link. A pop-up window will display edit audit information for the selected employee's attendance exceptions for the period specified in the Attendance Exceptions.

  7. To view more detail about a particular edit, click the Date of Change column for the appropriate row. The window will refresh to display the edit audit details for the selected action.

  8. When you are finished reviewing the edit audit trail, click the Close button.
