When the Schedules page is accessed for the first time in a session, scheduling data will be displayed for the current calendar week (beginning on the day of the week that your company defines as the first day of the week). You can use the date selection tools to display scheduling information for any single day or for any range of 31 or fewer consecutive days.

The expanding sections below contain instructions for performing common date selection tasks.

• Changing the view to display scheduling information for a specific range of dates

  1. From the Time & Attendance menu, select Schedules.

     Note: If the Schedules option is not visible, make sure that you have selected Manager in the Role Selector.

  2. In the Date Range area of the page (near the top), click and select from the calendar lookup window the first date for which you want to view scheduling data.

  3. Still in the Date Range area, click and select from the Select a Date window the last date for which you want to view scheduling data.

     Tips:
     To view how many days of data will be included if you pick a certain date, hold the mouse pointer over the date. The number of days is displayed near the top left corner of the calendar window.
     
     Although you can enter your desired start and end dates into the date text fields manually, using the lookup button to select an end date prevents you from defining a date range of more than 31 days. Only dates within an acceptable range of the start date are displayed in the end date lookup window.

  4. Click the Find button (to the right of the calendar lookup buttons). The schedule grid will refresh and display data for the date range you have defined.

     Notes:
     If you have selected a large date range, you will need to use the horizontal scroll bar, near the bottom of the page, to scroll through all of the data.
     
     Although the default view (when you first access the Schedules page) and the current week view (after you click ) begin on the start day of the week defined by your company, if you select a custom date range (by defining a start and end date), the schedule grid will start with the specific start day you select, even if it does not fall on the start day of week defined by your company.

• Browsing through contiguous date ranges

  While viewing the Schedules page, click the or button. The schedule grid will refresh and display scheduling data for the dates just before (if you clicked ) or after (if you clicked ) the range you were viewing.

  Tip: The new view will contain the same number of days as the previous view. For example, if you were viewing data for the period 1/1/2009 to 1/15/2009 and you clicked , the grid would refresh and display data for the 15 days prior to 1/15/2009 (specifically, 12/17/2008 to 12/31/2008).

• Returning to a view of scheduling data for the current week

  In the Date Range section of the page, click the button. (This button is visible only when you are viewing a date range that does not include the current week.) The schedule grid will refresh and display data for the week that contains the current day, beginning on the day of the week that your company defines as the start day of the week.

  Note: The new view will display the same number of days that you were viewing before you clicked the button. Therefore, if you had been viewing data for a period of fewer than 7 days, the system will not display all the days of the current week after you click . To view the entire week, after you have clicked , click  , select the last day of the current week in the Select a Date pop-up window, and then click Find.

Note: Any changes you make to the date range will remain in effect until you change the date range again or log out and close all of your browser windows.
