Viewing and Printing Your Basic Employee Settings |

To view and print your basic Time & Attendance module information:
From the Time & Attendance menu, select My Information.
Note: If the My Information option is not visible, make sure that you have selected Employee in the Role Selector.
Select the Employee Information link on the left side of the page.
Notes:
The Employee Information link displays the following basic
employment data:
- Employee ID Your
company-issued employee ID
- First Name Your first name.
- Last Name Your last
name.
- Pay Group Your
pay group. It determines your time-entry type, pay cycle, holiday
schedule, and other settings affecting how the Time & Attendance module
records and processes your time and attendance data.
- Manager
The name of your manager.
To view additional Time & Attendance Module information, click each menu item on the left side of the page.
To print the information from all of the menu items, click the Printable View link in the upper right section of the page. The Employee Information window opens.
Note: The Employee Information window
displays your employee data from all of the menu items on the left
side of the My Information .
When the window opens, all sections of the window are expanded by
default. Only expanded sections are printed. If you don't want a section
to be printed, click the button next to a section
to close the section.
Click the Print button at the top of the window.
