To view and print your basic Time & Attendance module information:

  1. From the Time & Attendance menu, select My Information.

    Note: If the My Information option is not visible, make sure that you have selected Employee in the Role Selector.

  2. Select the Employee Information link on the left side of the page.

    Notes:
    The Employee Information link displays the following basic employment data:

    - Employee ID   Your company-issued employee ID

    - First Name
     Your first name.

    - Last Name  Your last name.

    - Pay Group   Your pay group. It determines your time-entry type, pay cycle, holiday schedule, and other settings affecting how the Time & Attendance module records and processes your time and attendance data.

    - Manager   The name of your manager.

  3. To view additional Time & Attendance Module information, click each menu item on the left side of the page.

  4. To print the information from all of the menu items, click the Printable View link in the upper right section of the page. The Employee Information window opens.

    Note: The Employee Information window displays your employee data from all of the menu items on the left side of the My Information . When the window opens, all sections of the window are expanded by default. Only expanded sections are printed. If you don't want a section to be printed, click the collapse_graphic.gif button next to a section to close the section.

  5. Click the Print button at the top of the window.
