Limiting Data to a Particular Period of Time |
|
Many Time & Attendance module pages allow you to limit the data displayed by specifying a time period. The two most common methods for restricting data to a particular time period are:
Using a Drop-Down with Predefined Options
Defining a Range Using Two Date Fields
Note:
The Schedules
page in the manager role can display scheduling information
for up to 100 employees and up to 31 days. The date selection tools on
this
page
include a special calendar lookup button () for selecting
the end date of your desired date range. When you click this button, a
pop-up calendar opens that begins with the selected start date and contains
only 31 dates. If you hover the mouse pointer over a date on this calendar,
the calendar indicates how many days would be included in the schedule
grid if you clicked that particular date. This tool prevents you from
selecting a date range of more than 31 days. For more information about
using the date selection tools on the Schedules
page
, see Viewing
Scheduling Information for a Specific Date Range .
