To make the Time & Attendance module easy to use, all of the main pages have a similar appearance and function in similar ways. This page describes the standard links that appear on most Time & Attendance module pages.

Links at the Top of the Page

All of the main Time & Attendance module pages include a top area that displays the links described in the following table.

 Options

Opens the Options page, from which you can set options that affect how the Time & Attendance module is displayed and accessed. For more information, see Setting Your Options.

 Help

Opens this Help system in a new browser window. The Help will automatically display a topic that is related to the Time & Attendance module page from which you clicked the Help button. If the default topic does not answer your question, you can use the table of contents, the index, or the search feature to find more information. For more details about the Help system, see Online Help Overview.

 Training

Opens the Online Training Center (OTC) for the Time & Attendance module. The OTC includes Web-based tutorials as well as quick reference cards and other printable documentation. For more information about these resources, see Online Training Center (OTC).

Product Suggestions

Opens a Product Suggestions form that you can use to provide feedback about the Time & Attendance module.

Role Menu

The leftmost menu at the top of the page indicates whether you are currently using the Employee role (which allows you to record your own time, request time off, and view your own schedule, time and attendance data, benefits, and personal information) or the Manager role (which allows you to perform supervisory tasks such as assigning schedules, editing and approving employee time, and reviewing time off requests). To switch to the other role, click the current role to open the drop-down menu and select the other role. For more information, see Accessing Tasks for Different User Roles.

The bottom area of each main Time & Attendance module page includes copyright information and the links described in the following table.

Opens a separate window that displays ADP's privacy policy.

Legal

Opens a separate window that displays legal information about ADP and the Time & Attendance module, including the Terms and Conditions of Use.
