You can sort schedule assignments by an employee’s seniority date if your company is using this optional feature.

Seniority dates will appear under employee names on the Daily Schedules and Recurring Schedules pages, allowing employees to be sorted by their seniority dates. Employees without seniority dates will appear at the bottom of the sorted list.

To sort employees by their seniority dates:

  1. From the Time & Attendance menu, select Schedules. The Sort By Seniority date feature is available on all Schedule pages.

    Note: If the Schedules option is not visible, make sure that you have selected Manager in the Role Selector.

  2. From the Sort by Employee Filter drop-down menu, select either Sort By Seniority Date Ascending or Sort by Seniority Date Descending.
