| Viewing Employee Accrual Totals and Transactions |
 |
As a practitioner, you can view accrual balances for employees who are assigned to security groups to which you have access. You can also view details about those balances and about individual accrual transactions.
An accrual balance usually consists of hours that an employee has earned toward various types of paid or unpaid time off. Accruals are commonly used to award and track sick time, vacation time, floating holidays, and PTO (personal time off or paid time off). Accruals can also be used to track monetary awards that are earned or awarded incrementally over time.
To view an employee's accrual balance totals and transactions:
From the Time & Attendance menu, select Maintenance.
Note: If the Maintenance option is not visible, make sure that you have selected Practitioner in the Role Selector.
Under the Employee heading on the Maintenance page, click the Employee Accrual Balances link.

Notes:
Accrual awards are generated automatically according to a schedule defined
by your ADP Time & Attendance Representative.
The Last Award Date field of the Employee Accrual Balances page indicates
when the last award was made. Most other accrual transactions, such as
adjustments and use of accrual time, are posted immediately.
As a practitioner,
you can adjust employees' accrual balances
as necessary. You can also record accrual cash
 out and purchase transactions,
if your company allows these types of transactions.
