As a practitioner, you can restrict the time frame (before or after the scheduled time) that an employee can clock in or clock out via ADP Mobile Solutions.

Notes: You must contact your ADP representative to activate and configure mobile time features. The configuration will define Labor Charge Fields (LCF) and geographical locations restrictions. You can select a maximum of three LCF's.

To set up time punch restrictions:

1. From the Time & Attendance menu, select Setup .

   Note: If the Setup option is not visible, make sure that you have selected Practitioner in the Role Selector.

2. Under the Mobile heading, click the Mobile Configuration Setup Editor link.

3. On the Mobile Configuration page, enter the hours and/or minutes to allow the employees to clock in before their scheduled start time and clock out after their scheduled out time. This only applies to clocking employees that have schedules.

4. Click Add to select a specific geographical location than an employee can enter their time using a mobile device.

5. Select the Allow transaction if the coordinates are not available check box to allow an employee to clock in or clock out in the event that the mobile device cannot determine a GPS location.

6. Click Submit.
