Frequently Asked Questions about Terminated Employees

 

  • I set an employee's status to terminated, but I don't see the employee on the Terminated Employee Positions page. Why not?

    The employee does not appear on the Terminated Employee Positions page until the end of period is run for the pay period containing the employee's termination date.

  • How can I edit the contact information for a former employee?

    For terminated employees, you can only edit security group assignments. You cannot change any other employee information unless the employee is reactivated.
