Frequently Asked Questions about Benefits

 

  • The Benefits section of the My Benefits is empty, except for a "No Data" message, but I know I have benefit balances. Why aren't they displayed?

    The Benefits box will only display your benefits information if your company has enabled the Time & Attendance module's benefit feature and has entered all of your benefit information. Check with your system administrator to learn whether you are supposed to be able to view benefit data.
