| Viewing Your Schedule by Month |

You can view your schedule by month in two ways. Select My Timecard from the Time & Attendance menu, then click the Schedule at a Glance link or select My Schedule from the Time & Attendance menu, then click a Schedule link in the Timecard at a Glance section of the My Labor page.
The Monthly Schedule page displays your work schedule in a calendar view that shows four weeks at a time. You can use the date selection tools to navigate to any four-week period of your schedule (past, current, or future).
To move 
	 the monthly schedule one week back, click  .

	 a four-week period beginning with a specific week, click  and then select the appropriate date from 
	 the drop-down list.

Note: The dates listed represent the start of the calendar week, as specified by your company. If your company uses a calendar week that begins on Monday, for instance, the dates available for selection will all be Mondays.

Notes:
The monthly calendar can only show one schedule per day. If you are scheduled 
 for two or more distinct shifts on a given day, the monthly schedule will 
 display the start time of the earliest shift and the end time of the latest 
 shift. The  icon will also appear 
 to indicate that these times span more than one scheduled shift. You can 
 consult your time sheet (by clicking the Time Sheet 
 icon on the Home 
 page) 
 or the Schedule at a Glance (in My Schedules on the Home page) 
 to see the specific hours that you are scheduled to work.

If the current day is in view in the monthly schedule, it will be highlighted.
The day of the week that starts the calendar weeks is determined by your 
 company.
Planned non-worked time, such as vacation, appears on the monthly schedule 
 with the appropriate earnings code (for example, 8:00-4:00 VACATION).
Your schedule is created, assigned, and maintained by your manager. You cannot edit your 
 schedule.
