In most situations, the Time & Attendance module will work correctly with your browser's default settings. If you are using a supported browser and are experiencing problems viewing or using the Time & Attendance module, you may need to change some of your browser settings or perform other browser maintenance operations.
Cookies
In order to use the Time & Attendance module, your browser must be set to accept cookies, which are small pieces of data created by a Web site and stored on your computer for future use. For instructions on how to enable cookies, see Enabling Cookies.
If you experience trouble changing the company login name or the login page display language, try clearing your cookies as described in Deleting Cookies.
Secure (SSL) Access
To access the Time & Attendance module, your browser must be configured to use the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol. If you receive an error indicating that the login page cannot be displayed or that SSL is disabled, see Enabling Secure (SSL) Access for instructions on how to check your browser's SSL settings.
JavaScript Support
Many features of the Time & Attendance module are controlled by scripts. The browsers supported by the Time & Attendance module are usually configured by default to allow these scripts to run normally. If you experience difficulty using the Time & Attendance module, check your browser's script settings as described in Enabling Scripts.
Cache Management
If you experience problems with the Time & Attendance module, particularly after a new version of the application has been released, clearing your browser's cache may fix the problems. For instructions on how to clear your cache, see Clearing Your Cache.
