Frequently Asked Questions about Getting Around

  • I clicked on several links to get more detailed information, and now I have no idea how to get back. How do I find my way out of here?

If you have drilled-down to see more detailed information, a You are here navigation trail should appear in the upper left corner of the screen. This should give you a sense of how you got to your current location and what you are viewing. You can click on each link, from right to left, to retrace your steps, or you can click the left-most link to jump back to the main page from which you started drilling down.

  • I'm trying to use a Lookup window to enter data on a form, but the list in the lookup doesn't seem to include all of the choices. I know there are more choices. Why aren't they showing up?

The information you are viewing may have been grouped onto multiple pages to make it easier to view. If this is the case, there will be a label at the bottom of the page indicating that you are viewing one page out of many. "Page 1 of 5," for example, indicates that there are five pages of records and you are viewing the first page. Click Next>> to view the next page, and then use the Next>> and the <<Previous links to browse through the other pages until you find the information you need.
