Viewing Employees' Basic Information |

To view your employees' basic ezLaborManager information:
From the Time & Attendance menu, select My Employees. The My Employees page opens.
Note: If the My Employees option is not visible, make sure that you have selected Manager in the Role Selector.
Click the
button (next to the Find button). The Employee ID Lookup
window opens. Select the employee whose information you want to view.
Click the Employee Information link. The page opens with the Employee Information menu item selected by default. You can view basic employee information such as the following:
Employee ID
First Name and Last Name
Pay Group
Supervisor
Badge
Payroll Company code
Payroll ID
Notes: Depending
upon how your system is configured, not all fields will be displayed.
To print the information from all the menu items, click the Printable
View link in the upper right section of the page. When the Employee
Information window opens,click the Print button at the top of the window.
Only expanded sections are printed. If you don't want a section to be
printed, click the button next
to a section to close the section.
