To save a personalised or standard report as a PDF file:

  1. From the Manager Home page, click the Reports icon.

  2. If you want to save a personalised report that you have previously created, click the Print Report button to the left of the report in the My Reports section. The report opens in PDF format. Go to step 5 to complete this procedure.

  3. If you want to save a standard report, click the Administrator Reports or Supervisor Reports link under the Report Categories section. The Administrator Reports or Supervisor Reports page opens.

  4. Click the Print Report button to the left of the report that you want to save. The report opens in PDF format.

  5. From your browser's File menu, select Save As.

  6. In the Save As dialog box, select a location where you want the report to be saved and then enter a name for the report.

  7. Click the Save button.

    Notes:
    To save a report in this manner, you must have Adobe Acrobat Reader or Adobe Acrobat installed on your computer. If you do not have one of these programs installed, click the following link to download a free copy of Acrobat Reader: Get Acrobat Reader

    To print a report, go to your browser's File menu and select Print. In the Print dialog box, click the Print button.
