The Quick Charge Errors page allows you to view a description of any errors that were encountered when a Quick Charge was processed.

To view the Quick Charge Errors page:

  1. In Supervisor Services, click the Group Labor tab.

  2. On the Quick Charge page click the Complete with Errors link in the status column of any Quick Charge that was not successfully processed.

    The Quick Charge Errors page opens and displays information about each error encountered when the selected Quick Charge was processed.

Note: The errors are listed in the Quick Charge Errors window by employee. If you selected multiple employees for the Quick Charge, some of the employees' records may have been successfully edited. The Employee Counts  columns on the recent Quick Charge requests page indicate how many transactions succeeded and failed for each Quick Charge.
