The Quick Charge Requests page allows you to view the status of up to 11 of your most recent Quick Charges.

To view the Quick Charge Requests page:

  1. In Supervisor Services, click the Group Labor tab.

  2. The Quick Charge Requests page opens and displays the following information about your 11 most recent Quick Charges.

    Description

    The brief description you entered at the time you requested the Quick Charge.

    Type

    The type of Quick Charge, which is one of the following:

    • Clock In

    • Clock Out

    • Lunch Out

    • Perform Labor Charge

    • Charge to Earnings Code

    Charge Time

    The date and time to be associated with the requested action in the timecards of the employees selected for the Quick Charge.

    Creation Time

    The date and time at which you submitted the Quick Charge Request.

    Status

    The status of the Quick Charge. The most common status messages are:

    • Pending - The request has not yet been processed.

    • Completed - The request has been successfully completed for all selected employees.

    • Complete with Errors - The request was completed, but some errors occurred. Click Completed with Errors to view the Quick Charge Error page, which will display a description of each error.

    Employee Counts - Processed

    The number of employees for which the Quick Charge was successfully processed.

    Employee Counts - Failed

    The number of employees for which the Quick Charge failed.

    Delete

    Check box used to delete one or more Quick Charges from the Quick Charge requests list. You must click Submit to complete the deletion.

    Note: Using the Delete check box does not reverse a Quick Charge, it only removes the Quick Charge from the summary list. You cannot delete a Quick Charge that has not been processed.
